Training data licence: the terms each company on our table names
Updated
A dataset's price only means something beside the licence that comes with it. These are the licences the companies on the table name, in their own words.
Ask about the data I need Tell us what you need, how much and for what. We reply with what the board shows and whether a company licensing its own data could fit.
Non-exclusive, or a buyout
Appen's off-the-shelf catalogue offers perpetual, non-exclusive commercial training rights, with contributor consent and documented licensing.

License My Data, which licenses companies' own data for AI training, says that depending on the buyer a deal is either a non-exclusive licence the owner can place again and again or a one-time exclusive buyout.
Subscriptions and one-off purchases
AWS Data Exchange says subscription prices vary by duration and are set by each data provider on the product's own page.

Grepsr's tailored web data listing on Datarade offers a one-off purchase, a monthly or yearly licence or usage-based terms, while Nexdata's speech listings there are sold only as a one-off purchase.
Across the table
Counting sellers and buyers together, 3 companies on the table name a non-exclusive licence, 4 a subscription or access plan and 1 a one-off purchase, while 16 name none on the pages behind their rows. Where a page names none, exclusivity, term and permitted use are left to the contract, so ask for all three in writing.
